How to do stress test to check heart problems?
If the stress test is normal, Does it mean there is nothing to worry about any heart problems near future?
A 'normal' stress test is certainly a GOOD thing, but it is not conclusive in and of itself as to the overall condition of your heart or cardiovascular risks. Additional tests, such as blood work that will indicate cholesterol levels and other risk factors all contribute to the overall picture that your doctor diagnoses you from.
However, a 'normal' stress test result is definitely a positive sign toward a healthy heart.

In a stress test you walk on a treadmill while you are connected by various electrodes to a machine. It is a good test, and is non-invasive.
Other tests, such as blood pressure, cholesterol are also relevant.
Apart from any tests, lifestyle is very important e.g do not eat junk food, exercise vigorously if you can (or when you can), do not smoke cigarettes, do not drink alcohol to excess, do not eat extra salt, avoid saturated fats and avoid excess stress!

The cardiologist puts you on this tread mill and starts it off really slow then he increases it like your walking up a hill or an incline then he gets your heart beat at a certain beat then injects this stuff in you to see how much you can tolerate.
I couldnt even walk at all on the tread mill so they stimulated my heart with some drug wich gave me an instant migraine headache but they also gave me another shot for that.
