When you have a "human" doctor looking at your tests there is always a chance that they will see mild abnormalities. I do Echos and stress and there are a lot of factors to how a test is interpreted. I can give 10 cardiologist the same test to look at and I will get some that will over read and some that will under read a test. It is difficult to "see" the line between normal and mildly abnormal.

Congratulations on your normal test!
