how can stress test and scan ne false Positive?

mild ischemia involving the mid to apical portion of the inferior wall.
mild hypokinesis of the apical portion of the inferior wall.

they cut me open is no blokage found !! stress test and scan of the heart how can they test have error are false positive ?

When you have a "human" doctor looking at your tests there is always a chance that they will see mild abnormalities. I do Echos and stress and there are a lot of factors to how a test is interpreted. I can give 10 cardiologist the same test to look at and I will get some that will over read and some that will under read a test. It is difficult to "see" the line between normal and mildly abnormal.

Congratulations on your normal test!
