    I also suffer from …
I also suffer from SAD but, I also suffer heavily from dysthymia. Both cripple me down like there’s no tomorrow. I am almost 24 and I am still with my parents. Moved out once and had things going.. but rebounded back into it all.. What’s worse, is that I do not have insurance, and the state is just giving me run arounds with a side of long waitings.. I know that there are many people out there like me, but the thought just doesn’t even phase me.. and it hurts..

You’re a very strong girl, thanks for doing this video, its kind of weird but I feel like watching it helped me. So thanks!

Thanks for posting this, makes me feel better that I’m not alone with these irrational beliefs about life.

Same with you about picking up the phone, I only ever pick it up if 2 calls are made right after eachother because I know it’s a family member and not someone else.

Though overall you have it far worse than I do. Wish you luck making progress as well, CBT is doing great things for me currently.

I agree with you mostly. I’m very avoidant and shy too, but most times I enjoy my keeping to self. If I really wanna be out then I will, and I don’t believe I have to be around a bunch of people 24/7, all the time. I just wanna be able to feel about going outside, when it feels really necessary.
