It’s comforting to know that people around my age group (I’m 31) are going through the same thing. I hope you’re getting the help you need. I sort of mispronounced your username on my latest video. Sorry about that.

Thanks for video. I know how difficult it is to talk about these things, I know what you are going through. I was on Prozac about 12 years ago. I could feel some positive effects of the drug, but for me, there were more negative effects/side effects. I hope it works out better for you. I look forward to any future videos you make. Cheers.

Hey man. Its a hard thing making these videos. Talking about this thing we hide so much. But I find it helps. Keep making them you will be surprised how much it will. Keep the faith, and hang in.

Yeah that probably did contribute to the breakup, at least indirectly. I’m actually glad now that we broke up, but it took two months to get over the pain, even though there were many times I wanted to break it off first.

Yep, 34. I’m sprouting few gray hairs, and my skin is starting the go the way of all flesh, but many people are generally surprised when I tell them my age :

Hey! Well done for talking about your experiences. I don’t much like walking past people either, i never know what to do with my hands. I usually just end up putting them in my pockets and look down at the ground, in the hope that they wont notice me i guess. Good Video! Btw, you look alot younger than 34! Anyway take care and i look forward to seeing more vids if you make any.

    Hi!

It’s sad, but I avoid the public like the plague.
I’m too afraid to even put out the garbage or use the laundry in the basement of our apartment building in case I bump into someone.

Losing your girlfriendmust of stung pretty badly man. Sorry to hear that. Do you think it was because of you or your social anxiety that was responsible for the break-up.

    Thanks, man.

The reason I was able to maintain a certain degree of calmness, was due to spending a bit of preparation on the video, rehearsing what I wanted to say, and drinking a couple of beers to chill myself out.

I only intended the video to be 4 mins long and then I digressed from my original notes and felt comfortable to speak and describe one of my earliest experience of social anxiety.

Thanks for commenting on my voice. Quite recently an Online friend said the same thing :)
    Peace
