Sad Memoriy Of Social Anxiety Disorder
Just something I wanted to share from when I was in high school about a time I really wish was different. By the way, this is a different girl from the one I’ve talked about previously before that.

Yeahh dude i …
Yeahh dude i serously know how you feel im 16 now and i get alot of attention from girls and even older woman [not to sound y or arrogant] Ive missed out on so many girls that it got me depressed. But know i am more confident and am treating my S.A.D i have built up the courage to ask girls out and if rejections happens, Just brush it of because if you get rejected for being yourself then that girl is not meant to see your truth. WHEN THE OPPOURTUNITIE IS AT HAND, SEAZE IT. ONE LUV BROTHA

Thanks heh.
But …
Thanks heh.
But yeah, social anxiety is usually the biggest thing that holds me back when I want to do something. Fortunately I have gotten better at overcoming it though than I used to be, even though it has gotten a bit worse over the years.

Failed expectations …
Failed expectations really are the worst part, just like the other girl from high school that I mentioned in a previous video. Yeah, hindsight is funny like that.

Yes, there are …
Yes, there are indeed very, very lonely people.

I think I have …
I think I have tried it a little in the past. I should do it again with a lot more effort. I’ll be sure to Google it and do that.

Yeah I hate getting …
Yeah I hate getting nervous like that. I guess is the sort of things we unfortunately we have to go through sometimes.

Thanks for sharing …
Thanks for sharing this story. I have had a lot of missed opportunities, especially with girls. I know I could’ve dated at least two girls in high school, but I just didn’t care back then. I deeply regret that. I’ve missed chances to form lasting relationships because of my social anxiety. But I’m just trying to think about what I’m going to do now.
Btw, I really liked the smile midway through the video.

The fear of …
The fear of rejection has always held me back on this matter. I agree, it’s easier to ask out a girl you know you have no chance with… it’s the failed expectations that is the worst part…
Hopefully remembering the missed opportunity will help to keep you from making the same mistake again and letting moments slip by… I know when I look back at what I regret, all the things I was worried about seem trivial now.
I guess hindsight just does that.

There is a solution …
There is a solution - but people turn “this” bad memory, and make it pay… such as making the next person to dress up in a cheerleader outfit, and then make them say certain things.
It’s not like having to “correct” or “iron” out a bad speed bump in life — but at least you get to imagine where it would of gone…
It’s in a form of a blow-up doll, and people actually buy those things.
Yes… there are very, very lonely people who buy those things.

Have you ever tried …
Have you ever tried visualization to get what you want? I tried it for about fifteen to twenty minutes every day without fail, (it’s mental work)and it helped me lose 40 lbs in two months. You could apply this technique to get a girl or anything practical really.Google it and give it a try.
Take care.

I know what you …
I know what you mean, man. I get nervous around women, too. Today at work, a coworker, who’s female, said that I talk like a virgin. It’s no wonder I have low self-esteem.
