We all have social anxiety disorders or any kind of disorders, but some have the controll on their disorders that they think they dont have it and thats okay......

One step at a time and never surrender, the first thing is to accept what you are right now, then accept you need to have human interaction  and remember that to be patience you have to start  first by saying Hi to someone even they dont turn around and si hi to you......

This is a Huge world , and most people now suffer the same , but is due to overpopulation on the earth.,,,
