First - Identify your anxiety trigger.

It can be anything from a racing heartbeat, a sense of vertigo, confusion, alienation, paranoia.  If marijuana is causing your anxiety attacks then I guarantee it's one of those, or something similar.

My advice is to lay off the herb for a while and then gradually return to it and learn your limits.  Regular exercise is also very effective.</description>
