my best friend had panic & anxiety attacks for a very long time and got rid of it about two years ago with this product he told me about.
he was so excited getting rid of it he didn’t stop from being the happiest guy till today.
anyways, I asked him about it and he said you can get it here (link below).
he also asked me to add that he highly recommends checking this out to help people that still have panic & anxiety attacks and can’t totally stop it.

I am sure there are a lot of answers on the net if you search, but I know that is a pain. I have never had the attacks but my wife has.
I feel the best way to deal is to exercise and work off the anxiety that you are feeling. Most of the time the anxiety that you are experiencing is not really worth the thought but it starts multiplying and worsens with every minute. Join a yoga group or similar class. Learn how to control your breathing. I hate taking medicine myself so I try to avoid it when possible. (I do take some meds though)
Try to avoid the drug Xanax, it is highly addictive and I cannot tell you how bad the events were in our home.
Seek medical or pyschological help if you feel the need, but try other things first like mentioned above.
Good luck!
