A natural way to fight panic attacks/anxiety?

Does that omega3 fish oil work for anxiety/panic?
I do breathing, and it helps, but I am wondering about any natural thing in a pill I could take. Tried Calms Forte, what a joke.

I’d recommend learning skills to help ride out the attacks rather than look to pills and drugs. You can only actively think about one thing at a time, so tools to help change a thought pattern, or action is better.

Ask your doctor about programs like DBT, it’s used to treat Borderline Personalty Disorder.

You can’t get more natural that changing a thought.

    Go to a Natural Medicine Doctor and see what they can prescibe you. They may also want you to try Acupuncture. Thats what I have been doing for my anxiety. Good luck.

    you could ask your doctor for a light dosage of xanax or valium.. this could help you tremendously, and you could speak to him or her about anti depressants,, nat remedies might help short term but medication will help you more in the long run.

    I haven’t heard of a natural remedy for panic attacks, but there are self-help techniques that work. You might try doing some research on those, as well as the natural remedies.
