Will hypnotherapy help??
Has anyone had hypnotherapy and did it help?
I have stomach pains and have to "go" if you know I mean… when I have to leave the house or have somewhere to go or something to do, I guess it’s a horrible anxiety issue…WILL HYPNOTHERAPY HELP ME?
I am on xanax which don’t seem to be helping a whole lot…
I trust you have checked that there is nothing physically wrong with you such as a stomach infection etc.
Assuming it is not a physical condition, then yes hypnotherapy helps. You can do this through a trained hypnotherapist which will cost money or through self taught auto suggestion, if you cant afford a hypnotherapist. I have tried this method and it certainly boosts confidence and well being.
If you need more details, let me know. Best wishes.

Heck with the hypnotherapy craziness…get to an acupuncturist…that’s where the relief’s at.

Now how the hell will hypnotizing yourself into thinking you don’t have to go when you do be healthy for you?! You could die of a blockage or if you meant the other, destroy your kidneys! Don’t do it.. it’s quackery.

It might, if you are suggestible, but first, see the sections on anxiety & panic attacks at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~ (.net.nz/~shaneris) on pages 6 & 8, the intro & read page 2.
