I’m having hypnotherapy tonight and I worry that I might tell her things I don’t want her to know help!?

I am having it to try to help with my anxiety attacks, but there are one or two things in my life that may contribute, but I don’t want her to know - Will I say these when under hypnotherapy? I’ve never had it before and am now very nervous.

If there are things that are contributing to your anxiety then they need to know about them. How do you expect to get help if you are lying to the people who’s job it is to try and help you… they do not judge and I am sure that they have heard worse then whatever you have to say.

I’m sure hypnotherapists have heard crazy sh*t from people under hypnosis, don’t worry.

The short answer is, "No", but it’s not good to allow anyone else to control your mind in any way whatsoever.
It’s not what you say to her that’s the problem - it’s what she may say to you (which you won’t know about).
You’d be far better off using natural remedies such as ‘valerian’, ‘passionflower’ or a calcium/magnesium combination.
Anxiety attacks are often caused by mineral deficiencies which are very common in today’s terrible foodstuffs.
