Does hypnotherapy really work?? And how much do sessions typically cost?
I’m actually in the process of making an appointment with a local legitimate hypnotherapist, and I was wondering if it actually works. I’m going in for help with anxiety and I don’t know if it’s the answer.
Do you guys have any experiences you’d like to share?? Or know how much sessions can generally cost?

Hypnotherapy is an excellent way to relieve anxiety and I’m sure you’ll achieve great success with it.
Depending on the hypnotherapist they may wish to sign you up to multiple sessions. You should probably only need three at most though. Sessions are typically an hour or so in length and can cost anywhere from $50 to $500.
It’s important to note that price isn’t necessarily an indicator of quality. Some hypnotherapist prefer to keep busy so they offer low prices while others charge high prices but in general work less often.
