Watching all your …
Watching all your videos were incredibly reassuring to me. I had another panic attack (which I think was induced by accidently inhaling a decent amount of butane and air freshener, don’t ask how, along with marijuana) last night that was just too surreal… when I woke up I couldn’t remember any of it, it even know feels like it was just a dream. So watching these videos today made me feel a of a lot better.

Hi Charles, I’ve been suffering from what I would think is anxiety for 4 years, and i’m 17. Believe me when I say that his program works. I tried drugs, therapists, and even considered suicide as a valid fix for my panic attacks. It is so hard when I am constantly thinking about the anxiety every minute of every day. It makes me feel so depressed.And I’m starting to wonder that even if I wasn’t obsessing over my anxiety would I ever feel happy and back to my old self??
