Anxiety attacks?

I get freaked out all the time. Going to church, going to school, (especially at the ends of classes, I get really nervous!) coming home,(sometimes, but not as much) getting dressed in the morning, going to stores, and… well you get the picture. I get this sick feeling in my stomach, sort of like nauseated butterflies that were just shook up in a jar. Is this anxiety attacks? If so what can I do about it? And could this have anything to do with why my vision frequently blanks out? On a pretty regular basis, my vision blacks out (esp. when I move from one position to another) and I get this ringing sensation in my head, like being under water for too long, or like when you go to a different elevation and your ears won’t pop. Sometimes, also, I get really lightheaded and I feel like I’m tumbling over and over in the air as I walk. That’s the only way I can think to describe it. Some people say low blood pressure for that, or an off-balanced equilibrim problem. Is it anxiety attacks???

It certainly sounds like anxiety or panic attacks. It’s amazing what panic and stress can do to the body.

Don’t brush this off, go to a doctor. The attacks might be psychological but their effects can have a devastating effect on your health in a physiological way.
