Anxiety Attacks

Hey… totally different. I just thought that somewhere out there, someone might need this.

If you have anxiety attacks often, it’s extra helpful if you make your own recording. Hearing your own voice being calm helps calm you down better than anything I’ve tried (okay, cept a couple of calm pills).

If you want the audio version of just my voice, message me and include the email I can send it to.

I’d love to hear what you guys think…

    Being a veteran of panic attacks, this will be quite helpful for me, and Im sure, many others. Your personal videos are truly inspirational. They give many people someone they can identify with, as they go through the same situations and problems.

    I’ve had many anxiety attacks over the years and found scents I like to be very helpful. So I make sure I always have a little bottle of that or a scented chopstick/lotion. Also, I hyperventilate a lot but I really don’t appreciate putting a bag over my face, so instead I count to five, inhale, count to five (and count slowly guys. I want at least one “Mississippi” between each) exhale, is a good way of quickly lowering your oxygen level + it gives you something to focus on. Oh and great video!

    I’ve had a few attacks in my life, and my mum has been there to calm me down and talk me through it. I think it’s a mother thing, being able to calm you down so completely.. I agree with people commenting on this, I’m sure you’ll make a great mum someday. (:

Anyway, I was having one of these attacks, and I’d been checking out your channel, so there it was. This video. I pressed play, and the tears came. Slowly but surely it all went away.     Is there a way I can download this on to my MP3 or Ipod?? It’s so relaxing,and I want to take it with me to get me through the hectic days of school LOL. I have anxiety and I listen to this every night to help me relax and literally once it’s finished I fall right asleep. Works like a charm with anxiety attacks also.     I think it’s motherly in large part because my own mom is perhaps the only person who can talk me through the very worst attacks I’ve had in my life…. so she definitely had an influence on my approach here. :-)

    hey thanks for making this video :) i’ve been stuck with mild depression and a few anxiety attacks for awhile now, ever since i found out that my dads been cheating on my mom back when i was 13… this video really helped me cope with everything, you have a very relaxing motherly voice (its a compliment) :)
